The b2's larger cabinetry means that the acoustic output is larger than its smaller compatriot, the b2. With a forgiving keyboard and dynamic action, this is an excellent choice for any beginner musician looking to acquire an acoustic piano. This model features the Yamaha SC Silent system, facilitating silent play.

TransAcoustic TC3

Features convenient volume control, yet maintains gorgeous acoustic piano resonance. Recommended for those who want to enjoy advanced TransAcoustic™ technology on a standard Yamaha piano.

TransAcoustic™ pianos are genuine acoustic pianos, equipped with a volume control feature powered by Yamaha’s latest technology. While it’s also possible to play silently through headphones, the TransAcoustic™ Mode allows you to control the volume of your piano, so you can play without disturbing others. Even at low volumes, the soundboard vibrates so you can enjoy the full, physical sensation of natural acoustic sound as you play.

GREAT WAYS TO ENJOY THE TransAcoustic™ Piano

  • Simply play your acoustic piano.
  • Control the volume as you play.
  • Play silently with headphones.
  • Use your piano as a speaker.
  • Download the Smart Pianist app.

Upstairs delivery:

In the event that your new piano needs to be delivered upstairs we would require pictures and measurements to be emailed into our sales team (shop@broughtonpianos.co.uk). We would then calculate an upstairs delivery quotation for you. In some local cases we may request to come and view the access to make sure the piano will fit round tight corners in a staircase.

Home assembly required:

If you have purchased an instrument from our digital piano range and not selected the ‘Premium Delivery Service’ then the instrument will be arriving in a flatpack box and will require self-assembly.

The assembly of most digital pianos will take you around a minimum of 1 hour. We strongly recommend that you have two people present during the assembly. Instructions of assembly will be located inside flatpack box.
