We understand that playing any acoustic piano in a showroom isn’t ideal as you can never guarantee that the acoustics of the instrument will sound the same as when the piano is in a domestic environment, for example your lounge, dining room or music room. That is why we’ve come up with this idea!
Get your family, friends or piano teacher to come and try the piano with you, take it for a spin so to speak and essentially ‘try before you buy’. If you decide it’s not the right instrument for you then contact a member of our sales staff and we can arrange to collect the piano back or swap it for a different model. If you’re not happy in any way we will give you 100% of your money back within 100 days of delivery. No delivery or collection fee’s, just 100% customer satisfaction.

- Full manufacturers warranties on new pianos and retailer warranties on used pianos
- Disposal of your existing old piano.
What’s not included:
- 30-day money back guarantees are not available if you are paying via finance
- We are not able to offer this service on digital or hybrid pianos sales
- If the piano needs to be delivered upstairs.
